Prof. Marcus Smith

Prof. Marcus Smith is an Associate Professor in Law at Charles Sturt University and holds a PhD in the regulation of genomic data from the ANU College of Law.  He presently undertakes research, supervision and teaching in the field of technology law and regulation, with a particular interest in biometric and genomic data. His recent publications include Technology Law: Australian and International Perspectives (Cambridge University Press, 2021) and Biometric Identification, Law and Ethics (Springer, 2021).
